Northern end of Kuriirikuja will be closed to vehicle traffic starting November 10th 2025
Preparatory works on Kuriirikuja will begin on November 10th. The northern end of Kuriirikuja will be closed to vehicle traffic between Staffaksenkuja and Tikkurilantie. The pedestrian and bicycle route will be redirected to the west side of Kuriirikuja.
At the Tikkurilantie intersection from the direction of Kuriirikuja, the road will be closed between Staffaksenkuja and Tikkurilantie (between the pedestrian crossings). The pedestrian and bicycle route will be moved to the west side of the road.
Before construction begins on Tikkurilantie, we will carry out preparatory work on Kuriirikuja. On Monday, November 10th, the northern end of Kuriirikuja will be closed to vehicle traffic between Tikkurilantie and Staffaksenkuja. The pedestrian and bicycle route will remain open along the entire length of Kuriirikuja, but at the northern end it will be redirected to the west side of the road. As part of the preparatory work on Kuriirikuja, we will also prepare the adjacent plot for use in construction operations.
